Check In / Check Out Policies

Upon making your your reservation you acknowledge these policies.

Check In: 3:00 PM

Check Out: 11:00 AM

Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. Late check-outs must be requested the morning of departure and are subject to availability. If your room has not been vacated by 11 AM on your departure date, you may be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to a half-day's room and tax; check-outs past 2 PM may be subject to a full night’s room and tax.

Cancellation Policies

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we request that you notify us fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
For any cancellation made less than fourteen (14) days in advance your 50% non-refundable deposit will be considered the cancellation fee. 
For any cancellation made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a full 100% charge for room, taxes and fees.

Terms and Conditions

NO SMOKING/NO PETS ALLOWED  Wisteria is 100% smoke free and does not allow cigarette smoke or any other vapor producing product in our guest house. If there is physical evidence, smell of smoke or other smoke producing products found in any guest room during your stay or after check out, you will be liable for a $250 penalty fee. When you make your reservation you acknowledge this policy.

Guest House Property

You will be held liable for any items missing from the room after your departure.

You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.

Booking Information

Must be 21 yrs or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification and the balance of payment is due upon check in for your stay's expected room and tax charges. 

 

 

Key Policy
Guests are issued a classic metal key upon check in for guest room entry. This key is to be returned to the front desk upon check out. Failure to return the key, or lost and misplaced keys will result in a $25 replacement fee.
 

Room Occupancy

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room. Wisteria does not allow unregistered guests on the property. This includes both day guests and overnight guests. We strictly adhere to our room occupancy guidelines. To respect all of our guests and neighbors, we ask that all guests refrain from loud parties. These policies will be enforced.

 

Group Room Blocks
Multiple reservations of more than 2 rooms under one name and/or one common address source must be approved in advance.
